Chiranjeevi Party Flag

The party flag of Chiranjeevi’s Praja Rajyam party was unveiled by Chiranjeevi along with some physically challenged persons. The flag has a big white band on the top and a green band on the bottom. The rising sun in flaming red is in the middle of the white band. The red sun has 24 rays and the rays stand for the 24 hours in a day. A yellow circle covers the sun.

Chiranjeevi said that green stands for agriculture and also minorities. Red stands for Hindus and also energy. White symbolizes Christians and also inclusiveness.

Telugu superstar Chiranjeevi formally launched his political party in the holy shrine of Tirupati amidst huge fanfare and extravaganza. He called his party 'Praja Rajyam'.
Lakhs and lakhs of his fans waited for their screen idol to ‘descend’ on the venue and in the prelude to his arrival a cultural programme was arranged to keep the huge crowd in good humour.

Chiranjeevi told his fans that he was ‘overwhelmed’ by the support and told the people that he knows what Andhra wants. He called it his ‘duty to serve the people of Andhra Pradesh’
